Getting Started

This page walks you through your first login to the Advizr platform, what you will see when you land on your dashboard, and how to navigate the interface. If you have just received your invitation email, start here.

Accepting your invitation

When your Advizr team sets up your account, you will receive an email with a link to advizrclients.com. Click the link to set your password and activate your account. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or contact your Advizr team.

Open the invitation email

Look for an email from Advizr with the subject line “Welcome to Advizr.” Click the activation link inside.

Set your password

Choose a strong password. You will use this along with your email address to log in going forward.

Log in to your dashboard

Visit advizrclients.com and enter your email and password. You will land on your Home screen.

Explore the sidebar

The left sidebar contains eight items - Home, Chat, Goals, Documents, Proposals, Learn, Book, and Help. Click through each to see what is available. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the sidebar.

The sidebar is your main navigation. It stays visible on desktop and collapses into a menu on mobile. The top bar shows your organisation name and gives you access to notifications and account settings.

Each sidebar item opens a dedicated section:

  • Home shows tasks that need your attention and tracks your progress.
  • Chat is where you ask questions and interact with AI using your business context.
  • Goals is where you define what success looks like and track progress.
  • Documents is where you upload files for AI analysis.
  • Proposals is where you review recommendations from your Advizr team.
  • Learn gives you access to educational content.
  • Book lets you schedule calls with your Fractional Digital Engineer.
  • Help is your support hub.

Where to go for help

If you get stuck at any point, you have three options. Start a conversation in Chat for the fastest response. Browse the Help section for common questions. Or Book a call with your FDE to talk things through.
