Legal

The documents that govern working with Advizr AI Inc., published in full so you can read them before you sign anything. They’re written to be understood, not just enforced — if a clause is unclear, that’s a bug and we want to hear about it.

All documents in this section are drafts pending legal review. They’re provided for transparency while our counsel completes review; the signed agreement for your engagement governs.

The documents#

Terms of service

Services, fees in CAD, month-to-month cancellation, guarantees, and liability — the terms behind every engagement.

Privacy policy

How we collect, use, and protect personal information under PIPEDA, including cookies, analytics consent, and your rights.

Data processing

How we process client data: per-client isolation, security measures, named subprocessors, breach notification, and deletion.

Software licensing

Who owns what: custom-built workflows are yours, Advizr proprietary tools are licensed, and handover terms when you cancel.

Acceptable use

Account rules, prohibited activities, responsible use of automation and outreach tools, and how enforcement works.

Security & compliance

Data isolation, encryption, access controls, subprocessors, and an honest statement of our current compliance posture.

How these documents fit together#

The Terms of service is the umbrella — the other documents plug into it. The Privacy policy covers personal information generally; Data processing adds the service-provider commitments for business data we hold on your behalf. Software licensing settles ownership, Acceptable use sets the rules of the road, and Security & compliance documents the controls behind all of it.

If you’ve signed a services agreement with us, that document governs wherever it differs from these published versions.
