Advizr is an AI transformation partner for small and medium businesses. We pair you with a dedicated Fractional Digital Engineer (FDE) who builds custom AI workflows for your business, trains your team, and manages the technology so you can focus on running your company. The platform at advizrclients.com is where you manage the engagement — set goals, upload documents, chat with AI, and review proposals.

The platform is designed for business owners and their teams. You don’t need technical skills to use it. The interface is built around plain-language Chat, clear dashboards, and guided workflows. Whether you’re a sole founder or have a team of 50, the platform adapts to your role and needs.

After signing up, you’ll receive an email invitation. Click the link to set your password, then log in at advizrclients.com. A five-step onboarding wizard guides you through setting objectives, uploading documents, booking your kickoff call, and using Chat for the first time. The whole process takes about 15 minutes. See Getting started for a full walkthrough.

You can chat with AI that knows your business context, set and track business objectives, upload documents for analysis, review transformation proposals from your Advizr team, access learning content, book calls with your FDE, and monitor automated workflows. The platform is your central hub for everything related to your Advizr engagement.

Your FDE is the Advizr team member assigned to your engagement. They’re a real person — not a bot — who builds your workflows, configures your AI tools, and meets with you regularly to review progress. “Fractional” means they work with you on a part-time basis as part of your subscription, rather than as a full-time hire.

All pricing is in CAD, across three tiers. Catalyst is a $3,000–5,000 CAD initial build plus $500–1,000 CAD per month. Acceleration is $5,000–10,000 CAD plus $1,000–3,000 CAD per month. Partnership is $10,000+ CAD plus $3,000–5,000 CAD per month. Every tier includes both the build work and education — they’re never sold separately. You’ll have a fixed number in writing before anything starts. See Pricing for the full breakdown.

No. Every tier is month-to-month after the initial build. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice — no termination fees, no lock-in periods. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See Billing for details.

Most clients check in a few times per week. The Home screen shows action cards and recent activity, so a quick daily check keeps you up to date. If you prefer less frequent visits, enable email digests to get summaries delivered to your inbox.

Yes. You can invite team members from Team management. Each person gets their own login and a role that controls what they can see and do. Roles include Client Admin (full access), Client Viewer (read-only), and Client Consumer (a simplified, chat-focused experience). See Roles and permissions for the full comparison.
