It is ideal for organizations that have a clear sense of what they want to achieve and need the execution, not the strategic discovery.

Your team will be able to operate and maintain the systems we build. They will understand AI tools and use them effectively in their daily work. What Acceleration does not include is Phase 4 (Strategic Leadership), change management support, opportunity mapping, or monthly advisory.

You can upgrade from Acceleration to Partnership at any time. Many clients start here and move to Partnership once they see the results and want to go deeper.
