Start your day from Dashboard

Dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in, and it is the one screen worth opening every morning. It answers three questions in order: what happened while you were away, what needs you now, and what do you want to set in motion today.

FIG. 01
Dashboard: the greeting line, what needs you, and the ask bar.

Work the screen top to bottom#

Read the greeting line

The heading is a plain sentence about your workspace right now, not a label. It tells you whether your team is working, waiting on you, or idle.

Clear what needs you

Anything waiting on a human decision surfaces here first. Approvals, questions your team could not answer alone, and work that stalled. Each one opens straight into the item rather than a list.

Scan today's modules

Below that, the day’s modules summarise recent runs, goal movement, and new results. They are read-only summaries. Click through when something looks worth a closer look.

Ask for something

The ask bar at the top takes a plain sentence. Type what you want done and your team plans it before doing anything. See Interact.

You should finish Dashboard with nothing unactioned in the first block, and a clear idea of what your team is doing today.

If you only open one screen a day, open this one. Everything that needs a human decision reaches Dashboard, so you can leave the rest of the workspace alone until you want detail.

The ask bar#

The ask bar is the fastest path into work. It accepts an outcome rather than an instruction: “find out which accounts went quiet this quarter” works better than naming a tool or a step.

What happens next depends on the size of the request. Small asks run immediately. Anything larger comes back as a plan first, and nothing runs until you approve it. That is deliberate: your team checks with you before it acts, not after.

What Dashboard does not show#

Dashboard is a summary, not an archive. Full history lives elsewhere:

  • Every run your team has done is in Runs
  • Every message, approval and decision is in Inbox
  • The weekly write-up is in Digest
Why the greeting changes wording

The heading is generated from the actual state of your workspace, so it reads differently when work is running, when something is waiting on you, and when everything is clear. It is a status line written as a sentence. If it says your team is waiting on you, there is something in the block below it.

If something goes wrong#

  • Dashboard looks empty. A new workspace has nothing to summarise yet. It fills in after your kickoff call and your first goals are set.
  • Something you actioned is still showing. Refresh the page. If it persists, mention it in Interact so your team can look.
  • An item opens a page you cannot act on. Some actions need the Client Admin role. See Roles and permissions.
