Common questions before you sign
Straight answers to the questions every prospect asks. Anything not covered here — book a call and ask us directly.
No. Every tier is month-to-month after the initial build. Cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice — no termination fees, no lock-in periods. We keep clients by delivering value, not by contract.
Custom workflows and systems built for your business are yours — you keep the code. If you cancel, you can self-host them or pay a small hosting retainer to keep them running on our infrastructure. Advizr proprietary tools (our LinkedIn automation and email systems) require an active subscription and remain ours.
Nothing breaks on day one. We hand over documentation, credentials, and the code for everything custom-built. You choose: self-host, have your own team take over (they’ll have been trained), or keep a minimal hosting retainer with us.
Whatever fits the job — typically Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI models, orchestrated through our own deterministic execution layer (see the DOE framework). You’re never locked to a single model vendor: the architecture is built so models can be swapped as the market moves.
Each client gets an isolated workspace and database — your data is never pooled with other clients’. Data residency, retention, and access details are documented in data and privacy. We’re a Canadian company and our agreements are governed by Canadian law.
First working systems ship in weeks 1–3; full production by week 8. The 2x ROI guarantee is measured at day 90 using a documented methodology. All our clients to date have reported meaningful time savings within 30 days.
That’s our default assumption. The education program is designed for business owners and operators, not developers — if your team can write an email, they can learn this. The Academy is the free, self-serve version of what we teach live.
Sometimes you should — and we’ll tell you when. An in-house hire makes sense at sustained high volume; DIY tools make sense for simple two-step automations. Our lane is the middle: production-grade systems with judgment built in, plus a team that learns to own them, at a fraction of a hire’s cost.
