Session Formats
Education is delivered through multiple formats designed to fit different learning needs and team sizes. Every session is scheduled around your team’s availability.
Live session types
Kickoff session (60-90 minutes) Your first meeting with your assigned engineer. You walk through your business operations, define priorities, and set expectations for the engagement. Education planning starts here.
Prompt Engineering workshop (60-90 minutes) Hands-on session where your team learns to communicate with AI tools effectively. Real exercises using your actual business scenarios, not generic examples.
Workflow Workshop (60-90 minutes) Deep dive into the automations built for your business. Your team learns how each system works, how to monitor it, and how to identify opportunities for improvement.
Team Training (45-60 minutes) Broader sessions for teams beyond the primary stakeholders. Covers how to use deployed systems, interpret dashboards, and work with AI tools in daily operations.
Strategy Review (45-60 minutes) Periodic strategic planning sessions. Review what is working, identify new opportunities, and adjust the roadmap based on results and evolving business needs.
Monthly Advisory (30 minutes) Ongoing strategic check-in for Partnership clients. What changed in AI this month, what it means for your business, and what to consider next. Available in the Partnership tier only.
Coaching calls
1-on-1 coaching (30-45 minutes) Targeted conversations where you work through real problems with direct guidance from your Advizr team. These are not lectures - they are working sessions focused on your specific challenges.
The number of coaching calls depends on your tier:
- Partnership: 6-8 coaching calls
- Acceleration: 4 coaching calls
- Catalyst: 2-3 coaching calls
Opportunity Mapping and Guided Build
Partnership clients also receive dedicated sessions for opportunity mapping across the organization and guided build sessions where your team participates in the development process. These sessions build strategic capability, not just technical skill.
