Track your results in Analytics

The Analytics view shows you how your Advizr engagement is performing. It brings together workflow metrics, goal progress, and usage data into a single dashboard. Use it to understand what is working, measure the return on your investment, and identify where to focus next.

Where to find Analytics

Analytics does not appear in the main sidebar (Home, Chat, Goals, Documents, Proposals, Learn, Book a Call, Help). It is part of Advanced mode, which you turn on in Settings.

What you can see

The analytics dashboard covers three main areas:

Workflow performance

See how your automated workflows are performing over time. Key metrics include:

  • Run count - How many times each workflow has executed
  • Success rate - The percentage of runs that completed without errors
  • Processing time - How long each run takes on average
  • Output volume - How much work each workflow is producing

Goal progress

Track your business objectives alongside the work being done. Each goal shows its current completion percentage and the workflows contributing to it. This connects the day-to-day automation work to your bigger-picture objectives.

Usage metrics

Understand how you and your team are using the platform:

  • Chat conversations started and messages sent
  • Documents uploaded and processed
  • Proposals reviewed and approved
  • Learning content completed

Read the dashboard

Turn on Advanced mode

Open Settings and switch the interface to Advanced mode so the Analytics view is visible.

Open Analytics

Open Analytics from the navigation. The dashboard defaults to a 30-day view.

Scan the summary cards

Key numbers are displayed at the top as summary cards — total runs, hours saved, active goals, and team members.

Adjust the date range

Use the date picker to change the time range. Charts update automatically to reflect the selected period, with detailed breakdowns by workflow and by time period below the summary cards.

You should now see summary cards across the top of the dashboard and charts below them reflecting your selected date range.

Export reports

You can export analytics data for use in your own reporting. Click Export to download a summary as CSV or PDF. Exports include the current date range and all visible metrics.

Your FDE reviews your analytics regularly and uses the data to recommend adjustments. If a workflow is underperforming, they investigate and propose changes. If a goal is progressing faster than expected, they may suggest expanding scope or adding new objectives. The same numbers you see are the numbers your team plans around, so the dashboard doubles as a shared scoreboard for the engagement.

If something goes wrong

  • You cannot find the Analytics view. Check that Advanced mode is turned on in Settings — Analytics is hidden in Simple mode.
  • The dashboard looks empty. If your engagement is new, there may not be enough runs or goal activity yet to chart. Widen the date range to confirm.
  • A number looks wrong. Note the metric, date range, and what you expected, then send the details to your FDE in Chat — they can trace where the figure comes from.
  • An export fails to download. Check your browser’s pop-up and download settings, then try again with a shorter date range.

Still stuck? Send your FDE a message in Chat with your browser, a screenshot, and when it happened.
