Start your day from Home

The Home screen is your daily starting point. It gives you a quick view of what needs your attention, how your engagement is progressing, and what has happened since your last visit. Think of it as your morning briefing.

Review what needs your attention

Open Home from the sidebar

Click Home in the left sidebar. On mobile, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner first.

Work through the action cards

Action cards at the top of the screen are tasks waiting on you - a proposal to review, a completed workflow with results to check, a document that needs more information, or a call to schedule. Click a card to jump straight to the relevant section.

Check your progress checklist

Below the action cards, the checklist shows where you are in the engagement. Completed items are marked with a checkmark; outstanding items show what to focus on next.

Scan the activity feed

The feed lists recent events across your workspace in chronological order, newest first. Click any event to open its full context.

You should now see zero unactioned cards at the top of Home and know exactly what is happening in your workspace today.

What the activity feed covers

The feed shows recent events across your workspace:

  • Messages from your Advizr team
  • Workflow completions and results
  • New proposals or proposal updates
  • Document processing completions
  • Team changes and new member invitations

Quick actions

The Home screen includes shortcuts to the most common tasks - start a new chat, book a call, upload a document, or view your latest proposal. These are the same actions available in the sidebar, but grouped here for convenience.

During onboarding, the progress checklist tracks the five setup steps. Once onboarding is complete, it shifts to engagement milestones - things like “first workflow delivered,” “first objective closed,” or “team member added.” This keeps the checklist relevant at every stage: it always answers “where am I, and what comes next?” rather than repeating setup tasks you have already finished.

If something goes wrong

  • Home looks empty. If your account is new, action cards and feed events appear only once there is activity in your workspace. Complete the onboarding steps and check back after your kickoff call.
  • The checklist still shows onboarding steps you have finished. Refresh the page. If a completed step still shows as outstanding, mention it in Chat so your team can update it.
  • The activity feed seems out of date. Refresh the page - new events can take a moment to appear after a workflow or upload completes.
  • An action card links to a page you cannot act on. Some actions, like approving proposals, require the Client Admin role. See Roles and permissions.
